I ordered a OneGo on November 1. Delivery was around 2 weeks and the package arrived undamaged, but the unit itself is not working. The battery seems to have some charge in it since 3 of 4 LEDs light up, but it doesn’t get charged and it wouldn’t charge my iPhone or Apple Watch. The green LED for wireless charging doesn’t remain on after pressing the Wireless charging button.
I have written several times via the chat and via the returns/claims but as of today no reply at all.

Hello, I am writing to express my severe displeasure with OneAdaptre’s customer service. I have no comments on the product itself: it looks useful, but the very day I ordered my adapter (29 May), I saw a competitor’s product that better fit my needs so I emailed to cancel my order, within two hours of my order. This email was ignored. As was my messages on Twitter, Instagram, and thru the company’s web form for RMAs. Within a week, my product was shipped, with no acknowledgement of my numerous attempts to cancel the order. I contacted them again saying I would then have no choice but to return the shipment—I additionally tried to contact the shipper, but received no response at all hours I called their line, day time in Hong Kong (their local) time. When the product arrived, through a fulfillment partner in Maryville, TN, I did not open the package, but immediately returned it. It was returned 14 June (2023). I contacted them on Instagram the other day to say that I would absolutely not be able to recommend their product, and then, for the first time, received a prompt response. They informed me that my package was delivered, and pasted again my tracking number—the same tracking number that shows my package has been returned to Maryville, TN. The level of incompetence and disregard for the customer is simply inexcusable. To have not received a refund, much less a proper response, is astonishing. I am sure the adaptor has its merits, but if you have any kind of issue with your order, do not expect OneAdaptre to behave professionally or competently.
